Modi govt running away from discussion on farm laws in Parliament: Bhagwant Mann

Chandigarh, Jul 29 (UNI) Slamming the Narendra Modi-led central government for its 'stubborn' stance on the the three contentious farm laws, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab unit chief and MP Bhagwant Mann said that the Modi government has turned a blind eye to the matter.
In a statement on Thursday, the AAP MP said the Modi government was running away from discussion on three farm laws in Parliament as they are scared that the bitter truth would be exposed in the House.
“The Modi government is running away from such an important issue, because if they would discuss it, then the people will get to know the reality of what is there in the farm laws and the anti-farmer and anti-country side of the government will be exposed,” he said.
