Modi govt has focused on investment in infrastructure, governance: Suresh Prabhu

Panaji, May 31 (UNI) Stating that problem with Railways was that there was no investment in it for the past many years, Union Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu today said the Modi government has focused on investing in rail infrastructure and governance, as Railways was going to be the major growth engine for infrastructure.
Speaking at Lecture-cum-interactive session on “Indian Railways and its progress spearheads the growth of the country”, organised by Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and The International Centre Goa, he said, ''During the last three years of Modi government, we have put focus on infrastructure and governance both. Railways is going to be major growth engine for infrastructure.
