MLA Nirmala Devi asks election commission to remove Barkagaon SDPO

Ramgarh, Nov 11 (UNI) Congress MLA from Barkagaon Nirmala Devi had submitted
a memorandum to the Election Commission in which she has demanded to remove
Barkagaon SDPO Anil Singh to ensure fair and fear free elections in the assembly
area.
In a letter to the commission she has pointed that for conducting free and fair
elections it was important to immediately remove Barkagaon SDPO Anil Singh
who works as an agent for a particular party in power and is also involved in
illegal acts.
In a seven point letter she has also pointed that this was the second stint for
Singh as Barkagaon SDPO and he has also served as office incharge for
Barkagaon police station, moreover his in-laws place is also located in Saunda
of Patratu block which is part of the constituency with his in laws being close
associated with the party in power.
