MLA, MLC among three booked in UP's Bhadohi

Bhadohi, Aug 7 (UNI) Vijay Mishra, MLA from the Gyanpur seat, his MLC wife and son have been booked for not vacating a house and giving death threats, following a written complaint from their relative in this Uttar Pradesh district, police sources said on Friday.
According to sources here, Krishna Mohan Tiwari hailing from the Dhanapur village of the Gopiganj area, a relative of MLA Vijay Mishra has furnished a written complaint alleging that the MLA, his wife and his son is living in his mother's house situated at Dhanpur since the year 2001 forcibly. When he asked the MLA to vacate the house, he gave him death threats.
Following the complaint, a case has been registered against the MLA, his MLC wife and son at the Gopiganj police station under Sections 449, 387 and 506 on Wednesday.
