Srinagar, Sep 29 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday rescued two teenage girls from Jammu who went missing from Budgam district recently.
Police said the two minor girls, aged 15 and 16, had gone missing from their rented house at Humhama in central Kashmir on September 26. The mother of the duo had lodged a complaint with the police.
A special Police team was constituted which raided suspected locations and recovered the girls from Jammu Bus Stand Wednesday evening, the police said and added the girls were brought to Budgam and handed over to their parents after legal formalities.
