Minor boy drowns in swimming pool in North Goa

Panaji, Dec 7 (UNI) Police are waiting for the post-mortem reports to conduct further inquiry into drowning of a four-year-old boy in a swimming pool of a guest house at Candolim in North Goa.
Calangute Police Station In-charge Police Inspector Jiva Dalvi told UNI on Thursday that the boy, Sambhav Ratan Talkar from Candolim, Bardez, had drowned in the swimming pool of a guest house, Casa Almeida, located at Murrodwado, Candolim, on Tuesday last.
The boy was studying in St Teresa school, Candolim. As there was holiday in the school because of annual gathering, the boy was at home. In the afternoon, he wandered away from the house and fell into the swimming pool and eventually drowned to death. His floating body was noticed by his aunty.
