Milind fires 69 to lead at Eagleton Champions golf

Bengaluru, Nov 26 (UNI) Unfancied Milind Soni fired a 3-under 69 in English weather like conditions to climb atop the leaderboard at the end of the penultimate round of the Eagleton Champions Golf Tournament at Eagleton Golf Resort, here on Wednesday.
The Hyderabad lad shot was 1-under 143 for the tournament and was four shots clear off the second placed Shaurya Binu, who played an equally good round of 2-under par 70 in trying course conditions. Milind’s round was laced with four birdies and an eagle against three bogeys.
Sneha Sharan who brought in the third best card of the day of 1-under par 71, took the sole lead in the Teen Girls and Amateur Category. Sneha with a total of level-par 144 was leading by five shots against overnight joint leader Vidhatri Urs.
