New Delhi, Feb 17 (UNI) Denying the reports that appeared in a section of media on Sunday claiming air transit facility for CRPF has not been allowed, the Ministry of Home Affairs clarified that this facility for CRPF on the said sector has been stopped.
The Home Ministry clarified that over the last few years, the air courier service had significantly enhanced for Central Armed Police Forces(CAPFs) in all sectors to help the jawans cut down on travel time during their journey to and back from home on leave.
“In Jammu and Kashmir sector, Air Courier Service for transportation of Jawans of Central Armed Paramilitary Forces (CAPFs) are already in operation for quite some time”, the Ministry said.
