Mentally ill man arrested for injuring women staffers with sickle

Mangaluru, Sep 20 (UNI) City police Monday arrested a person for injuring three women at a training centre.
The accused has been identified as Naveen, who is working as a peon at Kundapur taluk office.
Since 2012 he has been under serious mental illness and has been undergoing treatment in one of the reputed hospitals in Udupi, Mangaluru Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar said.
