Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jul 16 2016 11:13PM Meghalaya school teachers threaten agitationShillong, Jul 16 (UNI) Over 14,000 school teachers in Meghalaya have threatened to launch their first phase of agitation from July 27 to 29 against the Mukul Sangma-led government’s failure to provincialise their services. The school teachers under the banner of Joint Action Committee of All Teachers’ Association in Meghalaya (JACATAM) has been demanding provicialisation of the services of over 14, 000 teachers working at 4500 government aided schools under ad hoc, deficit system and deficit pattern for the last three years.
