Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jun 23 2016 5:54PM Meghalaya legislators holding post parliamentary secretaries will not be disqualified : SangmaShillong, Jun 23 (UNI) Legislators holding the post of parliamentary secretaries in the state would not face disqualification since their rank was equated to “minister of state” only for perks and facilities, Meghalaya Chief minister Mukul Sangma said yesterday.
