New Delhi, Jul 21 (UNI) German luxury automaker Mercedes-Benz India today unveiled their newest edition of AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe without any predecessor in India at a price of 74.80 Lakh. Reinforcing competition in the strong growing SUV-segment, the striking new Mercedes Coupe embodies superlative driving performance, agility. With the unveiling of the awe-inspiring SUV, the Mercedes-Benz India also commemorated the global success of its performance brand- AMG, which completed 50 years this year. Speaking at the launch, Managing Director and CEO of Mercedes-Benz India Roland Folger said, "This SUV Coupe is a key addition to our 43 AMG line and will be instrumental in further popularizing the 43 AMG range to a new customer base. " "The GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe combines the emotional, timeless elegance of a coupe with the impressive dynamics of a sports car and the versatility if the Mercedes-Benz GLC. The bold but never brash design sets it apart from the masses," Mr Folger added. The GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe is the eighth product launched by the brand in 2017. The grand SUV's brute performance is powered by an AMG enhanced three litre V6 bi-turbo engine producing 367 hp and a torque of 520 Nm. The newest member of the 43 AMG line sprints from 0-100 km/hr in just 4.9 seconds. The SUV boasts of 5 AMG dynamic select transmission modes.
