Mayor unfurls National Flag at MC Building

Chandigarh, Jan 26 (UNI) The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has organized a colorful function to commemorate the Republic Day in MCC building, Sector 17, here on Sunday. Ms Raj Bala Malik, Mayor of Chandigarh was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
While addressing a massive gathering on the occasion after unfurling the National Flag, Mayor said that Chandigarh is a beautiful city and it is our prime duty to maintain its beauty. She said that being a Smart City, Chandigarh needs to maintain its cleanliness, all basic amenities to the citizens and latest technology and infrastructure etc.
Ms Raj Bala Malik, Mayor, Mr KK Yadav, Commissioner, Mr. Ravi Kant Sharma, Senior Deputy Mayor and Mr Jagtar Singh Jagga, Deputy Mayor awarded commendation certificates.
