MAW announces to bring GINNI ICO on December 6

Chandigarh, Dec 4 (UNI) A Singapore-based company Miners At Work(MAW) on Monday announced to bring an Initial Coin Offer(ICO) of 300 million GINNI tokens for the businesses across Asia including Indian investors.
The ICO, opens on December 6, 2017 will close on February 2, 2018 and aims to raise about US$15 Million, said Vikas Gupta, Chief Executive Officer of MAW here today.
GINNI token Pre-ICO starting on the December 06, 2017 will close on January 05, 2018 and the very next day public crowd sale will start and closes on February 2018, he said and added that pre-ICO price gives early investors a gain of about 40% over the closing ICO price, he said.
The proceeds of the ICO will be used to scale up huge mining infrastructure including installing mining servers, FASTCOIN crypto Automatic Teller Machines((ATM) as well as develop new value added products to support businesses across Asia, starting off with Singapore, said Mr. Gupta.
“We are making mining simple and user friendly for investors so that they can get decent rewards without any hassles. ICO is a new and transparent way of arranging capital for technology start-ups by crowd funding where investors get tokens for that. Our tokens will be listed on at least two exchanges and an investor can trade them easily to get liquidity. This gives them an easy exit with options to buy, sell or exchange. We see a strong demand for the GINNI tokens not only in India but worldwide as well,” Mr Gupta shared.
He said MAW is strategically based in Singapore and enjoys a lower taxation rates making the business more profitable overall in terms of returns (ROI) as compared to other locations worldwide.
