Marathi Film Industry expresses confidence in Meghraj Rajebhosale's leadership

Pune, Jun 6 (UNI) Against the backdrop of the quinquennial elections of the All India Marathi Film Corporation, a film artists' gathering organized by the Samarth Panel was held in an enthusiastic atmosphere and received an overwhelming response.
The event took place in Pune and was attended in large numbers by artists, producers, directors, technicians, workers, and members of the corporation from the Marathi film industry.
During the gathering, Samarth Panel leader and producer Meghraj Rajebhosale interacted with attendees and presented his vision and future action plan for the development of the corporation.
He stated that the Samarth Panel is committed to addressing various issues faced by the Marathi film industry, including the concerns of artists and technicians, and to making the corporation stronger, more transparent, and more efficient.
Among the distinguished guests present were veteran singer Anand Shinde, producer Sunil Mahajan, writer Raj Kazi, directors Ajit Shirole and Deepak Kadam, actor Sushant Shelar, producer Bhausaheb Bhoir, actor Sunil Godbole, Tripti Desai of Bhumata Brigade, art director Santosh Sankhad, Mandar Joshi, Kiran Sali, Vinod Satav, Suresh Dhotre, Sameer Hampi, Dr. Ajitsingh Patil, Sharad Gore, Samad Pathan, Amar Gawli, and Mangesh More, along with several other prominent personalities from various fields.
Participants emphasized the need for collective efforts toward the overall development of the Marathi film industry.
At the event, office-bearers of the Samarth Panel assured attendees that they would understand the problems faced by artists, producers, technicians, and workers and take concrete measures to address them.
They also expressed their commitment to launching various initiatives through the corporation to provide opportunities for newcomers, honor artists, and give new direction to the industry.
Contesting the elections under the slogan “Respect for Artists – Development of the Marathi Film Industry,” the Samarth Panel appeared to receive enthusiastic support from members present at the gathering. Many attendees expressed the view that the strong turnout demonstrated the panel’s growing strength ahead of the upcoming elections.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks to all dignitaries present. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to working together for the development of the Marathi film industry and to providing strong leadership for the corporation, said a release.
