Aurangabad, Oct 26 (UNI) Maharashtra's Marathwada region reported at least 531 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours in all the eight districts combined, authorities said on Monday.
While only four deaths were reportred during the period in Aurangabad,Nanded and Beed districts .
No any fatalities were reported in rest of five districts
Details from all the district headquarters collected by UNI stated that out of the eight districts of the region, Aurangabad was the worst affected with 105 fresh cases and 2 fatalities, followed by Nanded with 101 new cases and single death, Beed 80 cases and 1 death, Jalna 96 cases, ,Latur with 82 cases , Osmanabad 46 new cases, Parbhani 12 cases and Hingoli 9 cases.
Meanwhile, 6,059 more corona cases and 112 deaths were reported across the state during the same period.
With this, the state tally mounted to 16.45 lakh, of them 14.60 lakh were cured and 43,264 were succumbed so far.
While at present, 1.40 lakh patients were undergoing treatment in different hospitals and Covid care centers.
As per the present reports recovery rates goes up than fresh patients across in the state .
