Maradu fiat:Unlawful deals in Kerala realty sector being exposed, thanks to apex court dictum

Kozhikode, Oct 16 (UNI) An unrelenting stance of the Supreme Court against the violations of Coastal Regulation Zone guidelines in Maradu in Kerala has exposed many a related-and-relevant illegalities that were insulated with the unholy nexus between the realtors and officials with the connivance of their political bosses, both local and State-level.
As the investigation by the Crime Branch police progresses, more violations and conspiracy with ramifications spreading wide and deep into many a department and officials are being exposed. The arrest of two former officials of the Maradu Municipality and owner of a realty firm on Tuesday is believed to be the beginning of cracking a larger conspiracy involved in the permission, construction and registration of the five apartments that would be razed off by the turn of the calendar year.
