Maoist arrested from Parasnath Hills of Giridih, ammunitions and explosives recovered

Giridih, Feb 16 (UNI) In a joint operation conducted by the CRPF and Jharkhand Jaguar an ultra of the CPI Maoists was arrested from the foothills of Parasnath Hills while two bunkers were also destroyed and a large number of cartridges and other explosive items were recovered from the spot.
Assistant commandent of CRPF 154th Battalion Sanjay Chouhan in Madhuban told news men today that the local police station had received a secret tip off after which a search operation was launched in the foothills of the Parasnath Hills during which a suspect was caught by the policeman who later revealed himself as Durga Soren alias Durga Dudhu who was an active member of the moist squad led by Nunu Chand.
The arrested ultra also apprised the security forces regarding couple of moist bunkers in Fulibagan forest after which raid was conducted and large quantity of naxal literature audio cassettes photo album and about 125 live cartridges were recovered.
