Guwahati, Apr 22 (UNI) Former PM Dr Manmohan Singh, who is a permanent resident of Assam, will cast his vote here tomorrow in the third and final phase Lok Sabha election in the state.
Dr Singh is a Rajya Sabha member from the state and, along with his wife Gurcharan Kaur, is a voter at Dispur Government Higher Secondary School in Super Market area of the city.
They are scheduled to vote around 1400 hours in the afternoon and return to New Delhi after spending some time in their rented house in the city.
