Addressing around 9,000 booth level workers at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium here, he said former minister Kamal Nath had made a statement that prime minister was going abroad very often. ''Mr Kamal Nath does not know records. If foreign tours of Manhmohan Singh and Narendra Modi for a period of two and half years are compared, then it would be found that Manmohan Singh's foreign trips would be more than that of prime minister. However, it is not his fault because when Manmohan Singh would go on foreign tour, no body would get to know. Even he would muddle up speeches,'' Mr Shah said to the cheers of the crowd. Further mocking the Congress, Mr Shah said,'' Manmohan Singh would read out printed speeches during his foreign tours. He would take some sheets of paper, simply read out the printed content and return to the country. Sometimes, he would read about Malaysia in Indonesia and about Indonesia in Malaysia.'' Mr Shah said, ''Now where ever Prime Minister goes, whether that is Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, China, USA, England or France, thousands of people gather greet him. Everybody knows about his foreign tours. The people gathered in foreign countries do not greet Prime Minister, nor Bharatiya Janata Party but 1.25 crore people of the country.'' ''During the last two and half years, Narendra bhai has put India in the line of world's top countries.
