Manjari Fadnis ecstatic over award at MAAC 24FPS

New Delhi, Dec 24 (UNI) Over the years, she has received many awards as well audience applause
for her work in several films. For actress Manjari Fadnis, however, the award she got recently from the Maya Animation Academy is really special.
This is because Manjari Fadnis got the award not just for her work in Bollywood films but for doing diverse roles in films in various languages over the years. The actress, who got an award at the MAAC24FPS, considered a prestigious award in the field of animation and VFX, is overjoyed at having received the award.
Talking to UNI, Manjari Fadnis said,''I was in for a pleasant surprise when I won an award at the MAAC 24FPS, considered a prestigious award in the field of animation and VFX.''
Asked as to how she won the award considering that she had not done any animation film this year and Manjari says,''this year they included an award for films and decided to give that to me.''
Intact, the actress, who recently impressed with her role SS Kapil Sharma's wife in 'Kis kisko Pyar Karoon', was equally surprised when she was told that she was getting and award from MAAC this year.
''When I got their mail I was confused and actually asked them Why me? In my head I was thinking what in the world have I done this to deserve it this year. To which they replied "because we have followed your career for all the years and that you have worked in so many different languages in diverse roles. And that you are not risk averse. It takes a lot of courage and belief in yourself to do that".''
Ecstatic at the honour given to her, Manjari said,''it is so sweet. It feels really for your work to get acknowledged and appreciated.''
Manjari Fadnis, who made her debut with 'ROK Sako To ROK Lo', has over the years worked in films of diverse genres like romance, comedy and horror. She has also worked in films in various regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada. Malayalam, Bengali and Marathi. She has also done a lot of work in the music industry.
Her Hindi films include 'I am 24', 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na', 'Mumbai Salsa', 'Zokkoman', the horror film 'Warning 3D' and comedy films 'Grand Masti' and 'Kis Kisko Pyar Karoon'.
Her forthcoming films include 'Wah Taj' and 'Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai'.
Her regional language films include 'Mr Fraud' in Malayalam, 'Munjaana' in Kannada, 'Shakti' in Telugu, 'Muthirai' in Tamil, 'Faltu' in Bengali and 'Sarv Mangal Savdhaan ' in Marathi.
She has also given playback for the Tamil Film Muthirai' and sung a song for 'Project B3(beats beyond borders) for Info Pak peace with Fakhr -e- Akam.
The actress has earlier won an award at the Stardust film awards for her breakthrough performance in 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na'.
