Addressing a press conference at the party headquarter in city, he said, ''Manifesto of the party will be implemented in toto. Once the government is formed in Goa, manifesto would be given to the Chief Secretary and the Government's agenda is going to be the Congress manifesto.'' ''The promises, which have been made in the manifesto, had been made after taking inputs from the people of the state. The promises which we have made are realistic,'' he said.
