Man booked for raping woman constable in Punjab

Moga, Nov 19 (UNI) A case has been registered against a man for raping a woman constable posted here
According to an FIR lodged with police, the constable, who was undergoing suspension, alleged that the accused came into her contact with her and assured her of reinstatement. He also promised a police job saying he had contacts in the office of DGP Punjab.
In this connection he took her to the DGP's office and while returning assaulted her. Th assault went on for very long.
