Mammootty Releases Trailer of Kerala’s First Ever Sound & Light Hybrid Show

Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 26 (UNI) Cine actor Mammootty today released the trailer of Kerala’s first sound and light hybrid show at his shooting location in Kolar.
Kerala Tourism Minister A P Anil Kumar announced that Mammooty has released the trailer on his homepage ahead of the inauguration of the show by Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on February 29 at St Angelo's Fort, Kannur.
The hybrid show makes use of multimedia and laser lighting for presenting the history of the 16th century Portuguese fort in Kannur through a series of events starting from the origin of the fort to the time India gained independence.
"The trailer was an audio visual invitation to an enticing show to experience the state’s first ever “monumental hybrid show”," said Mr Anil Kumar.
Mammootty has featured as the “Count of Fort St. Angelo”, a voice which is captured in the walls of the fort for the past 500 years.
The 53-minute show is written and directed by writer, director and actor Shankar Ramakrishnan and is designed and produced by Bangalore based new generation tech firm, Symbolein Technologies for DTPC, Kannur.
The Department of Tourism expressed gratitude to Mammootty for his association and for offering his services for free to this venture.
