Kolkata, Jan 7 (UNI) West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday
congratulated the Indian cricket team on winning its first ever Test series in
Australia.
"Congratulations. Today, the Indian cricket team wins its first ever Test series
in Australia," Ms Banerjee posted on her social networking page.
"This is a historic achievement. We are proud of you," she added.
The Virat Kohli's men took giant strides towards India's first ever Test series
win on Australian soil in seven decades.
