New Delhi, Oct 4 (UNI) Ever since the title of Sohum Shah's upcoming film 'Tumbbad' has been announced it has raised everyone's alacrity.

The audience is left curious wondering what does the word Tumbbad mean.

In fact, the title of the film became a mystery leaving everyone boggled at the meaning of the title.

Revealing the mystery behind the title, ‘Tumbbad’ is a remote village in Konkan region of Maharashtra.

The makers of the film have also gone overboard and had created the era of 1930 and 1940's in real village.

Giving glimpses of fantasy, action, frights, and scares, ‘Tumbbad’ is a horrific and thrilling experience that questions the roots of human greed while providing entertainment of the purest kind.

The trailer of the film has left the audience gripped as ‘Tumbbad’ presents an interesting mixture of mythology, fantasy and thriller leaving everyone with a spine-chilling experience.

The much ambitious project has been roller coaster ride for Sohum Shah while Aanand L Rai defines the film as a genre-defining film.

‘Tumbbad’ is an Eros International and Aanand L Rai's presentation and a Sohum Shah Films in association with Colour a Yellow Productions.
