Aurangabad, June 13 (UNI) Mahindra Mutual Fund (MMF) has launched an open ended hybird scheme, Mahindra Hybrid Equity Nivesh Yojana, for investors who are seeking long-term capital appreciation besides generation of income by investing in equity-related as well as debt and money market instruments.
A wholly-owned subsidiary of Mahindra Financial Ltd, MMF said that the new fund offer will open for initial subscription from June 28 and will continue till July 12.
Briefing mediapersons here on Thursday, MMF MD & CEO Ashutosh Bishnoi said, "With inflation under control and earnings excepted to improve, retail investors are likely to stagger their investments into capital markets. Mahindra Hybrid Equity Nivesh Yojana will have higher equity allocation of companies with growth potential from across market caps by tactical allocations across asset class adaptive to market cycles."
"The scheme would invest minimum 65 per cent equity and equity-related instructions of entities and up to 20 per cent in debt as well as money market securities," he added.
