Maha: Woman passenger dies, 3 others injured in freak bus accident in Nashik

Nashik, Dec 8 (UNI) In a freak accident, one woman passenger died and other three passengers were seriously injured after an electric bus crashed into the control room at the Highway bus station here and its adjacent waiting room, trapping waiting passengers under it.
According to the sources in the State Road Transport Corporation, on Saturday night the Shirdi-Nashik electric bus arrived at the said bus station at 10:15 pm.
After the passengers disembarked from the bus, its driver also got down to register the timing and then got back on the bus. As he pressed ignition button, the bus made a loud noise, bounced and smashed into the control room in front and the waiting room for passengers next to it.
