Maha: Tigress died in Gorewada rescue centre in Nagpur

Nagpur, July 3 (UNI) A tigress brought from Chandrapur district to Gorewada Rescue Centre in Nagpur in a critical condition died here on Friday, sources said.
Sources informed that the tigress, who had multiple problems along with broken canines, died today at around 6:30 pm following 11 days of treatment.
It is second death in Gorewada Rescue Centre in the fortnight.
Earlier, menacing tiger officially known as KT-1, shifted to Gorewada from Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR) , had died on June 22, sources added.
