Maha Govt to officially celebrate late Ajit Pawar’s birth anniversary

Mumbai, Jul 15 (UNI) In a significant move to honor the indelible legacy of one of Maharashtra’s most prominent political figures, the state government has officially added the birth anniversary of the late Deputy Chief Minister, Ajit Anantrao Pawar, to its list of state-observed commemorative events for 2026.
The General Administration Department (GAD) issued an official circular on Wednesday, July 15, confirming that July 22 will now be marked annually across the state to commemorate the leader’s immense contribution to Maharashtra’s development.
