Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jul 21 2016 1:16AM Mah govt to hike income limit of OBC scholarshipMumbai, Jul 20 (UNI) Maharashtra government will take a decision on raising the income limit of scholarship and examination fee from Rs four lakh to Rs six lakh for the Other Backward Class (OBC) students before the end of the ongoing Monsoon session of the state Legislature, Social Welfare minister Rajkumar Badole informed the Assembly. Replying to a query raised by BJP member Milind Mane under rule 93, he said that an announcement in thisregard would be done during this session itself. The Minister further said that a direction has been issued to all colleges not to rusticate students for non-payment of fees, in event of failure to comply with this order, strict action would be taken against such colleges.
