Mah govt failed to implement law recommended by Justice Majithia Commission: Opposition

Pune, Sep 19 (UNI) Leader of Opposition in the State Assembly Radha Krishna Vikhe-Patill on Wednesday alleged that the present governments, both at the Centre and as well as in the state, have failed to implement the law, recommended by Justice Majithia Commission, providing security to working journalists in the country.

Addressing a function at Pune Patrakar Bhavan here, Mr Vikhe-Patil said that journalists are playing a major role for the betterment of the society and they should be given facilities like security and pension.
