Mah: Essential shops in Thane to remain open till 1400 hrs

Thane, Apr 09 (UNI) To check the crowd, the KDMC Municipal Commissioner Vijay Suryavanshi has on Thursday issued a fresh order in which the shops in the city will be open between 0500 hrs and 1400 hrs only. These include Essential goods, bakeries, Dairies, Grocery shops, Fruits and Vegetables.
However, the medical shops, hospitals, clinics, LPG Gas and Lifts will operate 24 hours the order said.
Meanwhile, a total of five persons tested positive on Thursday. With this, the total cases have now gone to 43. The five who tested positive are all women but one is above 50, a medical bulletin stated.
