Mah Dy CM greets people on Bakri Eid

Mumbai, Aug 1(UNI) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Saturday greeted the minority community across in the state on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha or Bakri Eid.
In his message on Twitter, Mr Pawar appealed to the people to celebrate 'Bakri Eid' simply in view of the Corona crisis in the state, maintain social distance, avoid group prayers and offer prayers at home.
He further wrote that brothers also cooperated during Ramadan as well.
The Deputy Chief Minister expressed confidence that after the end of the Corona crisis, everyone would be able to celebrate all festivals with the same enthusiasm, joy and togetherness as before.
In his another tweet, Mr Pawar paid tributes to Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Loksahir Annabhau Sathe on the occassion of their death anniversary and birth anniversary respectively.
