Mumbai, Mar 5 (UNI) Noisy scenes were witnessed in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly on Thursday after Congress leader Nana Patole raked up the issues of fund collections for the construction of Ram Mandir during a debate on the budgetary demands of the various department.
Assembly Deputy Speaker Narhari Zirwal adjourned the House for 10 minutes when members from both the sides rushed to the Well of the House and traded charges against each other.
During his speech, Patole , who is the president of state congress, claimed that those not donating money for the Ram temple construction were being threatened, and demanded why the BJP was collecting the money.
