Mah: 3 get 20-yr RI for gangraping woman

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Jan 15 (UNI) A local court on Friday convicted three persons to 20 years rigorous imprisonment under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, while also slapping fine of Rs 33,000 each on them, for gangraping a woman in 2017.
Special Court Judge Sanjay Kulkarni directed the accused to pay the fine amount to the victim.
The accused were identified as Subash Butte (20), Anil Dukle (26) and Umesh Dukle (20), all hailing from Jay Bhavani Nagar of Aurangabad.
