Magicbricks scales up Site Visit Product in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Dec 4 (UNI) Magicbricks, India’s leading real estate platform, has scaled up its Site Visit Product in Bengaluru, partnering with over 100 developers, including prominent names like Sumadhura Developers, Provident Group, and Epitome Builders.
In just six months of operation, the program has facilitated over 7,500 site visits across more than 150 projects, leading to over 40 confirmed home bookings. The initiative has seen an impressive average ticket size of ₹1.25 crore per home booking.
The Site Visit Product is designed to streamline the property exploration process for homebuyers and enhance sales for developers. It offers personalized project recommendations based on individual preferences such as budget, location, and configuration.
The program also includes seamless end-to-end logistical support, allowing buyers to make informed decisions more efficiently, ultimately reducing the time taken to close a purchase.
Sudhir Pai, CEO of Magicbricks, commented on the success of the initiative, stating, “Traditionally, residential demand would slow down in December after the festive season, but over the past few years, the desire for homeownership has remained strong, with buyers actively looking for homes year-round.
With India’s first Property Visit Fest, we aim to harness this sustained demand, connecting builders with a highly engaged audience and simplifying the decision-making journey for buyers.”
The program also benefits developers by providing them with a focused sales funnel, linking them with high-intent buyers. Repeat visits have proven to be a strong indicator of buyer interest, with some buyers visiting 4-5 properties in a single day, cutting decision-making time by nearly 50%.
