Magicbricks records 400 plus home bookings in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Dec 6 (UNI) Achieving a significant milestone, Magicbricks, India's leading real estate platform, has facilitated over 400 home bookings in just six months through its expanded Site Visit Product in Bengaluru.
With an average ticket size of ₹1.25 crore per home, this initiative underscores the city’s robust residential demand.
Magicbricks partnered with over 100 developers, including prominent names such as Sumadhura Developers, Provident Group, and Epitome Builders, enabling 7,500+ site visits across 150+ projects.
To sustain this momentum, the platform has also introduced India’s first Property Visit Fest, aimed at connecting developers with high-intent buyers while enhancing the homebuying experience.
The Site Visit Product revolutionises property exploration by providing personalised recommendations based on buyers’ preferences such as budget, location, and property type. With end-to-end logistical support, the platform ensures a seamless journey for homebuyers, cutting decision-making time by nearly 50%.
Sudhir Pai, CEO of Magicbricks, highlighted the significance of this achievement:
"Traditionally, residential demand would taper off in December following the festive season. However, over the past 2-3 years, the aspiration for homeownership has remained robust. With India’s first Property Visit Fest, we aim to simplify the homebuying journey and provide a steady sales funnel for developers."
Magicbricks’ initiative provides developers with a focused sales channel, as repeat visits—sometimes as many as 4-5 properties in a single day—indicate strong buyer intent. This approach not only shortens decision-making times but also builds confidence among buyers.
With over 17 years of experience, Magicbricks has evolved into a one-stop solution for all real estate needs, offering services such as home loans, interiors, and expert advice. The platform also provides insight-driven tools and resources, including MBTV, India’s leading online real estate YouTube channel, to empower buyers with comprehensive data.
