Madhya Pradesh State Lawsuit Management Policy approved

Bhopal, Apr 3 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Government today gave approval to the Madhya Pradesh State Lawsuit Management Policy-2018.
A decision in this regard was taken during a state cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan here, an official release said.
Under the policy, state-level and department-level empowered committees as well as district-level monitoring committees will be constituted for effective management, supervision and handling of lawsuits.
