LS polls: FIR registered against sitting Kodagu-Mysore MP Pratap Simha for violation of Election code

Mysuru, Ma 25(UNI) Karnataka State Backward Communities Awareness Committee President K S Shivaramu has filed a complaint at V V Puram police station against sitting Kodagu-Mysore Lok Sabha member Pratap Simha, alleging that he has posted booklets on his works to households amidst election code of conduct.
An FIR has been registered against the MP.
Shivaramu said that the MP posted booklets related to his works from post offices. He said that the books do not contain details of the publisher and number of copies printed. He alleged that the MP has violated section 127 (A) of the public representative act.
