Low pressure: Fishermen advised to avoid deep sea fishing

Thiruvananthapuram, May 29 (UNI) In view of likely development of a low pressure area over South East and Adjoining east central Arabian sea, fishermen are advised to avoid deep sea fishing activity in these regions from May 31 to June 4, 2020.
Thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds with (speed reaching 30 to 40 kmph) is likely to occur at one or two places in Kerala and Mahe and in Lakshadweep on Friday.
Thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds with (speed reaching 40 to 50 kmph) is likely to occur at one or two places in Kerala and Mahe from May 30 to June 1 and in Lakshadweep on May 30 and 31, according to a release from Meteorological centre here on Friday.
