Lok Satta Ntl Prez urges AP CM to enact fresh legislation on Clinical Establishment Act, 2010

Hyderabad, Apr 7 (UNI) Lok Satta Party National President Jayaprakash Narayan has urged Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu not to adopt Clinical Establishment Act, 2010 enacted by the Parliament, but to enact fresh legislation for the State.
In a letter, addressed to Mr Naidu, a copy of which was released to media here on Saturday Dr Narayan congratulated the Chief Minister on his wise decision to refer the Clinical Establishment Act, 2010 as
enacted by Parliament under Article 252 of the Constitution to a Select Committee of the State Legislature.
