Imphal, Aug 7 (UNI) After two weeks of complete lockdown, few wholesale shops were allowed to open from today.
Manipur Cabinet which met last evening also decided to extend the lockdown till August 15 as Covid cases were increasing daily.
Local transmission has started in Manipur and in spite of the government order allowing wholesale dealers, people were apprehensive as the capital city, Imphal has seen increase of Covid cases specially people without travel history.
