Lockdown 4.0: MHA allows sports complexes, stadia to open, spectators barred

New Delhi, May 17 (UNI) The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Sunday issued a new set of guidelines to be followed during the nationwide Lockdown 4.0, in which it was mentioned that sports stadiums and sports complexes will be allowed to open but spectators will be barred.
''Sports complexes and stadia will be permitted to open, however, spectators will not be allowed,'' read the statement released by MHA.
In the latest guidelines, sport events continues to be listed among the functions, gatherings and large congregations which are not allowed as of now.
