Loans and plot transfers made easier in MP

Bhopal, Sep 22 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Government decided on Tuesday that occupants of government plots – located in urban areas – who have undisputed possession on or before December 31, 2014 will be identified and issued permanent title deeds for a period of three decades against charges plus lease amount, it was officially learnt.
The related Cabinet meeting laid down that online applications shall be examined by the District Collector. However, the documents will not be issued in case of land being utilised by the government or the community. The pattas shall enable occupants to avail bank credit and also transfer plots.
