Patna, Mar 23 (UNI) Amid ongoing hullabaloo over shifting of Giriraj Singh’s seat from Nawada to Begusarai, Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) chief and union minister Ram Vilas Paswan today clarified that his party`s was never rigid on getting Nawada seat.
Mr Paswan told media here that his party`s stand on Nawada seat was never rigid and so message should not spread in such a message creating impression among voters that his party forcefully got the seat. He said that victory of NDA candidates on both Nawada and Begusarai seats was certain.
LJP chief said that he opted to give party ticket to his brother and state party chief Pashupati Kumar Paras from Hajipur constituency as people of the constituency wanted that his any member should contest the election from the seat after he decided not to contest Lok Sabha election.
