Ambala, Sep 23 (UNI) Lok Insaf Party workers led by Simarjit Singh Bains on way to Delhi to hold demonstration in front of the Parliament House, were not allowed to proceed further from the Shambhu barrier at Punjab-Haryana border by the state police on Wednesday evening.
The police detained them at the Ghaggar Bridge which they were trying to cross.
