Life remains affected in Srinagar outskirts, parts of Anantnag

Srinagar, Mar 14 (UNI) Life remained affected for the third consecutive day on Wednesday in Srinagar outskirts and parts of Anantnag district in south Kashmir against the killing of three militants in an encounter by security forces on Monday.
Meanwhile, teaching remained suspended in Government Degree College (GDC) in central Kashmir district of Ganderbal, where situation returned to normal today and traffic was plying normally after two days.
Shops and business establishments in Soura and adjoining areas remained closed as one of the three militants killed in Anantnag encounter Eisa Fazili on Monday was resident of Ahmad Nagar Soura. Also, very less number of vehicles were plying on the roads.
