LG congratulate people on historic turnout in Anantnag-Rajouri Parliamentary seat polls

Srinagar, May 25 (UNI) J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha congratulated the people on historic turnout in Anantnag-Rajouri Parliamentary Constituency polls which were held on Saturday during the sixth phase of the voting.
Anantnag-Rajouri Parliamentary Constituency recorded 53 percent polling – nearly a four-fold increase in the voting turnout from the previous Lok Sabha polls.
Lieutenant Governor also commended Jammu Kashmir Police and Security forces for elaborate security management during polls in all five Parliamentary Constituencies of Jammu and Kashmir.
