Imphal, Aug 20 (UNI) Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh today appealed all to sincerely work for the unity and integrity of the country.
He was speaking during the observation of Sadbhavana Diwas commemorating the 72nd Birth Anniversary of Rajiv Gandhi, former Prime Minister of India, held here at 1st MR Banquet Hall.
The chief minister said the day is observed to remember and pay our respect to Rajiv Gandhi who sacrificed his life for safeguarding the unity and integrity of India.
